Their Challenge 

Culligan Water wanted to enable their technicians to have access to email capabilites, thus making thier working day more efficent. A technician is emailed a job and once completed, they then send a confirmation email back to the office.


Top Stuff Solution
Top Stuff's solution was to introduce Blackberry's, aswell as implementing a BlackBerry Exchange Server (BES). All emails are back up on the Exchange Server and all communication between the devices and the BES is done wirelessly. Therefore their technicians don't have to return to the office. As everything is backed up on the BES if a staff member loses a device or it become's faulty, all they need to do is sync the new device and everything down to you last missed call is reloaded on to the phone. This is a great benifit to have in a phone.
