All deliveries are sent via couriers who MUST obtain a signature at time of delivery. They cannot leave the goods without a signature and will return the goods back to our warehouse in the event that nobody is available to sign for the goods. In this case the customer may be liable for further delivery charges. If the goods are for home use you might want to have the goods sent to your work address as we cannot predict the exact time that the couriers will deliver goods to your home (deliveries can occur anywhere between 9:00am-5:00pm weekdays, depending on your postcode). Couriers will not call before delivery, and will not guarantee they will arrive at a certain time of day, goods cannot be left without a signature.
Pick up is available in person from our offices in Homebush NSW 2140, simply select this as your desired freight selection at the checkout. Our Offices are open Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. If picking up personally, please state date and approximate time of pick up on your order.
Arrange your own courier to collect from our office. Our office is opened from 9am - 5.30pm for couriers to collect. We require written acknowledgement from you stating the service required, account number, and acknowledgement that you will be liable for all charges relating to the consignment.
Insurance
Topstuff 4 Business Pty Ltd will accept no responsibility whatsoever for goods lost or damaged in transit. If insurance is required we suggest you contact your insurance company to ensure your goods are adequately covered, or take up the optional insurance offered by us.
Most interstate or country NSW system deliveries are despatched via TNT, consignments and additional information can be obtained from their web site, www.tnt.com.au
All on-line orders are automatically sent a despatch notification e-mail when your order ships from our warehouse.
