Top Stuff! 4 Business was formed by its directors, David Coote and Daniel Davis, as they identified that the mobile communications industry was very poorly servicing Small to Medium Enterprises (“SME Market”), and treating them no different to that of a teenager on a pre-paid mobile phone. This is simply not right, as the business market has a large client base with a high level of mobile phone and technology usage that deserves to be individually serviced.

We stand for “Old School” Service

Using what we refer to as the “old school” values of business in the most “new school” technology industry, we believe that bringing back the real practice of offering service to our clients, will lead to a “win—win” scenario for both our business clients, and Top Stuff 4 Business.

It is common knowledge that the mobile telecommunications companies have invested billions in new technology such as 3G, yet the uptake on the services available has been less than projected. This situation is a direct reflection of the fact that money has been poured into the setup of infrastructure and very little if any has been invested in actually taking the products and services to the business marketplace and properly training its clients on not only on the benefits it can give their company, but also, how to actually use it!

Through getting to know our clients as individuals and investing our time in training them on these products and services, we believe their businesses will be far better off through being more mobile and more efficient, and the mobile telecommunications industry might learn a thing or two about customer service!
